Head of Sales

About the role

We are a fast‑growing software agency seeking an experienced Head of Sales to lead our business development efforts across the United States and Canada. You will own the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, and help expand our client base in the B2B technology market.

Key responsibilities

• Generate high‑quality B2B leads using LinkedIn, Indeed, email outreach and networking.
• Manage the end‑to‑end sales process, including prospecting, proposal preparation, negotiation and contract closure.
• Prepare detailed proposals, quotations and project estimates for prospective clients.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and drive revenue growth.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience selling software, web development or IT services.
• Proven success closing deals with clients in the USA and Canada.
• Strong communication, negotiation and presentation abilities.
• Self‑motivated, able to work independently in a remote setting.
