Head of Security – Luxury Mixed‑Use Property

About the role

People Perfect is seeking an experienced Head of Security to lead security and administrative operations for a luxury mixed‑use property that includes hotel and residential facilities. The role combines strategic planning, day‑to‑day operational oversight, and emergency response leadership to ensure a safe environment for guests, residents, and staff.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive security strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Oversee daily security operations, including CCTV surveillance, access control, and fire safety systems.
• Lead crisis management, emergency evacuations, and incident investigations.
• Conduct regular security risk assessments and enforce mitigation plans.
• Coordinate with law enforcement, fire brigade, and ambulance services as needed.
• Manage security personnel, assign duties, monitor performance, and provide coaching.
• Supervise administrative functions such as key management, parking, and lost‑and‑found operations.
• Prepare performance reports, audit findings, and recommendations for senior management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• 6–8 years of experience in security and administration, preferably in hospitality or armed forces.
• Proven track record managing security operations for hotels, residential complexes, or mixed‑use properties.
• Strong knowledge of hotel safety regulations, labor laws, and data‑privacy requirements.
