About the role

The Head of Wealth Management will design and implement the Global Wealth Management strategy, adapting the global proposition to local market dynamics, client needs and regulatory requirements. The role leads growth and integration of Wealth Management solutions across key client segments, focusing on Affluent, SME and Employee Banking clients.

Key responsibilities

• Design and lead the in‑country Wealth Management strategy, aligning with Group priorities and country business objectives.
• Provide strategic leadership across Investment Strategy & Advisory, Wealth Markets Products and Sales, translating Group product strategy into a local proposition.
• Develop and manage the consolidated country Wealth strategy across short‑, medium‑ and long‑term horizons, working with Business Heads and support functions.
• Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the local business environment, competitive landscape and emerging market trends to identify growth opportunities.
• Drive commercial performance of Wealth products by establishing and monitoring sales, revenue, service and productivity KPIs.
• Identify and capitalize on opportunities to grow the Wealth franchise, including acquisition of new‑to‑Wealth and HNWI customers.
• Lead development and delivery of customer‑centric Wealth propositions with internal and external stakeholders.
• Strengthen operational effectiveness by improving policies, processes, systems and workflows.
• Ensure governance oversight, regulatory conduct and compliance across the Wealth business.
• Provide strong leadership to the in‑country Wealth team, setting clear strategic direction and performance expectations.
