About the role

We are looking for a Healthcare Specialist to join our team in Lahore on a full‑time, on‑site basis. The role is centred on delivering high‑quality medical support, emergency response, and health education to staff, ensuring a safe and healthy workplace.

Key responsibilities

• Perform basic medical assessments and first‑aid interventions for employees.
• Respond to medical emergencies and coordinate with external healthcare providers.
• Educate team members on health, wellness, and safety protocols through regular training sessions.
• Monitor health‑related concerns, document incidents, and maintain compliance with relevant healthcare standards.
• Collaborate with internal departments to promote a culture of wellbeing and support health‑awareness initiatives.

Required profile

• Relevant certification or diploma in healthcare, nursing, EMT, or a related medical field.
• Proven experience in clinical or emergency care, preferably with EMT background.
• Strong communication skills and ability to remain calm under pressure.
• Familiarity with health and safety regulations and incident reporting processes.
• Comfort working in a fast‑paced, technology‑driven environment.
