Highway Design Coordinator

About the role

Hasnaat Brothers Construction Co. (HBCC) is looking for an experienced Highway Design Coordinator to lead the design of road and highway projects from concept through construction. The role involves close collaboration with consultants, contractors and internal teams to deliver high‑quality engineering solutions that meet client expectations and regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate all highway and road design activities from initial concept to final delivery.
• Prepare and review road alignments, profiles, cross‑sections and grading designs.
• Develop and review engineering drawings, bills of quantities (BOQs) and technical reports.
• Ensure designs comply with project specifications, engineering standards and local regulations.
• Collaborate with consultants, contractors and other project stakeholders to resolve design issues.
• Monitor design schedules and guarantee timely achievement of project milestones.
• Provide technical solutions to design and construction‑related challenges.

Required profile

• B.Tech in Civil Engineering from a recognized institute.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in highway, road and large‑scale infrastructure projects.
• Proven experience on national highways, motorways or similar large infrastructure projects is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of geometric road design, alignments, profiles and earthwork calculations.
