About the role

As a Home Care Assistant, you will become a trusted partner in daily life for people with disabilities or seniors. You will support them in maintaining independence while ensuring dignity and respect.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with personal care tasks such as waking up, bedtime routines, hygiene, and mobility.
• Prepare meals, accompany shopping trips, and provide moral support.
• Adapt communication style, pace, and gestures to each individual’s unique needs.
