HR & Admin Executive

About the role

People Perfect is seeking an HR & Admin Executive to support HR and administration functions for a leading manufacturing client in Sundar Industrial Estate, Lahore.

Key responsibilities

• Handle attendance, leaves, overtime, employee records and related HR activities.
• Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, manpower planning and employee grievance handling.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, EOBI, PESSI/Social Security and company HR policies.
• Manage factory administration including discipline, security, transport, housekeeping and general facilities.
• Monitor factory safety, cleanliness, security protocols and daily administrative operations.
• Prepare HR/Admin reports and coordinate with management on operational and employee matters.

Required profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management or related field.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in HR and administration, preferably in a factory or manufacturing environment.
• Practical knowledge of labor laws, EOBI/PESSI, employee relations, attendance and workforce management.

Required skills

• Knowledge of labor law compliance (EOBI, PESSI, social security).
• Attendance and workforce management expertise.

What we offer

• Permanent position with a 3‑month probation (extendable to 6 months).
• Salary PKR 80,000 – 90,000 per month.
• Provident Fund (5% employee contribution), 28 days annual leave, annual bonus as per policy.
• Six‑day work week, Sunday off, 8:00 AM‑5:00 PM office hours with 1‑hour lunch/prayer break.
