HR Assistant Manager - Talent Acquisition & Performance

About the role

The HR Assistant Manager – Talent Acquisition & Performance will lead recruitment initiatives and support performance management across factory, retail, sales, and head‑office functions. This full‑time permanent role is responsible for the complete employee lifecycle, from sourcing talent to onboarding and KPI‑based appraisal monitoring.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment for blue‑collar and white‑collar positions, ensuring timely hiring.
• Develop and maintain talent pipelines via job portals, referrals, campus hiring and other sourcing channels.
• Coordinate candidate screening, interview scheduling, onboarding activities and probation evaluations.
• Support manpower planning aligned with organizational goals.
• Implement, monitor and continuously improve KPI‑based performance appraisal systems.
• Prepare HR reports covering recruitment metrics, retention, hiring trends and performance analytics.
• Oversee Management Trainee and apprenticeship programs from recruitment through placement.
• Collaborate with department heads to enhance hiring quality, employee retention and workforce productivity.
• Ensure compliance with HR policies and contribute to process improvement.
• Utilize HRIS and ERP systems to manage employee data and streamline HR operations.

Required profile

• Significant HR experience, especially in blue‑collar and white‑collar recruitment within manufacturing.
• Strong communication, coordination and interpersonal skills to partner with multiple stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently without direct team management responsibilities.
• Proficiency in HR analytics and workforce planning.
