HR Assistant with Indeed Access

About the role

This HR Assistant position supports the day-to-day HR operations of the organization, with particular focus on recruitment and onboarding. The role involves managing Indeed job postings and coordinating interviews, and can be performed remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding and employee record maintenance.
• Manage and maintain Indeed job postings so they stay up to date and optimized for visibility.
• Coordinate interviews, including scheduling and communication with candidates and hiring managers.
• Support the HR team with administrative tasks such as preparing documents and reports.
• Help develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
• Handle employee inquiries and assist where needed.
• Collaborate with the HR team to improve processes and employee engagement strategies.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive employee information.

Required profile

• 1-2 years of experience in an HR role, preferably with exposure to recruitment processes.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field preferred.
• Knowledge of HR principles and best practices.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong problem-solving skills.

Required skills

• Proven experience using Indeed for job postings and candidate management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Comfortable working remotely and using virtual communication tools.
• Familiarity with HR software and applicant tracking systems is a plus.
