HR Business Partner – Recruitment

About the role

The company is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to lead end‑to‑end recruitment across multiple functions, including sales, corporate, and manufacturing. The role involves building talent pipelines, managing agencies, and continuously improving recruitment processes.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, background checks and onboarding coordination.
• Handle recruitment for diverse functions such as Sales & Commercial, Corporate Functions, and Manufacturing & Technical roles.
• Develop and maintain recruitment channels (LinkedIn, job portals, headhunters, universities, referrals, industry networks) and build talent pipelines for critical positions.
• Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand manpower needs and create effective recruitment plans.
• Track recruitment metrics, manage external partners, and support the optimisation of interview standards and talent assessment methods.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of recruitment/talent acquisition experience, preferably in a large manufacturing environment.
• Proven experience recruiting for Sales/Commercial, Corporate Functions, and Engineering/Technical positions.
• Strong knowledge of the Pakistan recruitment market and ability to source senior and hard‑to‑fill roles.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, candidate assessment and stakeholder management skills.
