HR Executive

About the role

We are seeking an HR Executive to support recruitment, HR operations, employee management, and administrative activities at our Wapda Town office in Lahore. The role involves handling end‑to‑end hiring, maintaining employee records, and ensuring smooth onboarding and off‑boarding processes.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full recruitment cycle: job postings, sourcing, screening, initial interviews, and interview coordination.
• Maintain attendance, leave records, and employee files in line with company policies.
• Oversee onboarding and off‑boarding, including documentation, equipment coordination, and orientation.
• Prepare offer letters, NDAs, contracts and handle day‑to‑day employee queries.
• Assist in drafting HR policies, maintaining performance records, and coordinating office administration and vendor relations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in HR Generalist, Coordinator or Executive roles.
• Hands‑on experience in recruitment and HR operations.
• High integrity, confidentiality and ability to manage multiple responsibilities independently.

Required skills

• Proficiency with HRIS and ATS platforms.
• Experience using Excel or Google Sheets for HR data management.
