HR Executive – Talent Acquisition & Operations (Night Shift)

About the role

We are seeking a driven HR Executive to manage recruitment and day‑to‑day HR operations in our Islamabad office. The role involves end‑to‑end hiring, employee onboarding, and providing HR support during night shift hours.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and coordination of candidates.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines using LinkedIn, job portals, referrals and other channels.
• Conduct initial HR interviews and assess candidates against role requirements.
• Coordinate interview schedules, offers, onboarding and off‑boarding processes.
• Maintain employee records, attendance, leave and other HR documentation.
• Handle employee queries, support performance management, engagement and disciplinary matters.
• Prepare HR trackers, reports and recruitment dashboards.
• Ensure company policies and HR practices are communicated and applied effectively.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of HR experience, preferably in recruitment, BPO or fast‑paced corporate settings.
• Strong English communication and interpersonal skills.
• Hands‑on experience with candidate sourcing and interviewing.
• Excellent organizational, time‑management and multitasking abilities.
• Professional, proactive and people‑oriented attitude with high confidentiality.
• Willingness to work night shift (6:00 PM – 3:00 AM) and based in Islamabad/Rawalpindi.
