HR Generalist

About the role

We are seeking an experienced, people‑oriented HR Generalist to join our team in Islamabad. The ideal candidate will have 2‑3 years of hands‑on experience managing the full employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding, and will be passionate about creating a positive workplace experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end employee lifecycle activities, including onboarding, transfers, engagement, and offboarding.
• Lead new‑hire onboarding, ensuring all documentation, orientation, and joining formalities are completed.
• Coordinate offboarding processes, conduct exit interviews, and handle clearance and documentation.
• Support People & Culture initiatives that boost employee engagement and satisfaction.
• Address employee queries promptly and maintain effective communication.
• Maintain accurate employee records, HR documentation, and personnel files.
• Handle HR administrative tasks such as attendance, leave management, and documentation.
• Assist managers and employees with day‑to‑day people‑related matters and organize internal events.

Required profile

• 2‑3 years of relevant HR experience, preferably as a Generalist, People & Culture, or Employee Experience professional.
• Strong hands‑on experience in onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build positive relationships at all levels.
• Proactive, approachable, and employee‑focused mindset.
• Good command of written and verbal English.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace.
• Experience with HRIS platforms or HR systems.
