HR & Management Intern

About the role

Askari Family Takaful is seeking an enthusiastic HR & Management Intern to support its HR functions and office operations. This position is ideal for fresh graduates or final‑year students looking to gain practical experience in recruitment, employee relations, and administrative tasks.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in the recruitment process by screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates.
• Maintain accurate employee records and perform data entry using Excel or Google Sheets.
• Support day‑to‑day office management and coordinate with various departments.
• Organise team activities, internal meetings, and training sessions.
• Utilise employee onboarding software to integrate new hires.
• Collaborate with the HR team on employee relations matters and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Enthusiastic and energetic individual, preferably a fresh graduate or final‑year student.
• Strong willingness to learn, adapt, and take ownership of assigned tasks.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with Google Sheets.
• Familiarity with employee onboarding software.
