About the role
The HR Manager will lead the human resources function, overseeing talent acquisition, performance management, onboarding, and HR information systems for a team of 20 professionals. This strategic role aligns HR initiatives with business objectives to drive employee growth and organizational success.
Key responsibilities
- Manage recruitment, compensation, and onboarding processes, including job portal postings and headhunting.
- Implement HR policies and ensure compliance with labor laws.
- Handle employee relations, resolve workplace issues, and maintain employee records and HR databases.
- Conduct performance appraisals, training programs, and manage payroll, attendance, and benefits administration.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resource Management or related field.
- Minimum five years of experience managing HR functions.
- Proven expertise in HR best practices, communication, and leadership.
Required skills
- Experience with HR information systems and workforce analytics.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment cycles, employee relations, and labor regulations.
