About the role
The Human Resources Officer will support Glowmax International Private Limited in all core HR functions, ensuring smooth recruitment, accurate employee records, and effective administration of payroll and benefits. This entry‑level position offers the chance to develop a solid foundation in HR within a dynamic private‑sector environment in Peshawar.
Key responsibilities
- Manage end‑to‑end recruitment and hiring processes.
- Maintain and update employee records and HR documentation.
- Coordinate payroll processing and administration of employee benefits.
- Assist in the implementation and communication of HR policies and procedures.
- Support performance management activities and employee relations.
- Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and internal company policies.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
- Open to fresh graduates.
- Strong organizational and communication abilities.
Required skills
- Proficiency with HR management systems.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
