HR & Operations Coordinator – Islamabad

About the role

Edge Chartered Certified Accountants is expanding its Pakistan operations and seeks a proactive HR & Operations Coordinator to support the day‑to‑day running of the Islamabad office while collaborating closely with the UK management team.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain employee records, contracts, personnel files and HR documentation.
• Coordinate recruitment activities, from posting vacancies to arranging interviews and communicating with candidates.
• Manage onboarding, ensuring documentation, equipment and system access are ready for new hires.
• Track staff attendance, leave, and maintain equipment inventories.
• Follow up on assigned tasks, deadlines and outstanding actions across the team.
• Maintain project and task trackers, providing clear updates to management.
• Organise internal meetings, record agreed actions and ensure their completion.
• Support daily administration and organisation of the Islamabad office.
• Assist in implementing and maintaining internal policies and procedures.
• Identify and resolve administrative and operational issues.
• Facilitate communication between the Pakistan team and UK management.

Required profile

• Previous experience in HR, recruitment, office administration or business operations.
• Strong written and spoken English.
• Excellent attention to detail and accurate record‑keeping.
• Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities and work independently.
• Professional handling of confidential information.
