HR Transformation Delivery Lead

About the role

EY is seeking an experienced HR Transformation Delivery Lead to manage complex HR transformation programs across operating model, process, technology, change, and adoption workstreams. The role will build and lead delivery teams in Pakistan while supporting regional client engagements.

Key responsibilities

• Lead HR transformation engagements covering strategy, operating model, process design, HR technology, service delivery, and change enablement.
• Manage project plans, deliverables, RAID logs, governance forums, stakeholder updates, and delivery quality.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams across People Consulting, Technology Consulting, offshore delivery, alliance partners, and client teams.
• Support program mobilization, methodology, workstream planning, resourcing, estimation, and scope management.
• Conduct current‑state assessments, future‑state design, implementation roadmap development, and benefit realization planning.
• Oversee creation of operating models, process maps, transformation roadmaps, business cases, technology requirements, service delivery models, and change plans.
• Assist in proposal development, commercial sizing, staffing models, and pursuit responses for regional HR transformation opportunities.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to capability building in Pakistan.

Required profile

• Experience managing HR transformation, HR technology, operating model, shared services, or digital HR programs.
• Strong project and program management skills, including planning, governance, issue/risk management, stakeholder management, and delivery assurance.
• Ability to lead distributed teams across multiple geographies and support business development activities.
