Human Resources Executive

About the role

The Human Resources Executive will support Talent Acquisition and HR Operations for assigned business functions at easypaisa, Pakistan’s first digital bank. The role involves candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, onboarding administration, and assisting HR Business Partners with day‑to‑day people operations.

Key responsibilities

• Support end‑to‑end recruitment operations, including candidate screening, interview scheduling, and logistics.
• Manage pre‑employment documentation, background checks, offer roll‑out, and onboarding activities.
• Assist HR Business Partners with employee lifecycle tasks such as onboarding, transfers, and off‑boarding.
• Coordinate employee engagement initiatives, town halls, and culture‑building activities.
• Maintain hiring and headcount data for workforce planning and ensure HR records are accurate and compliant.

Required profile

• Minimum BBA degree from a reputable institute; MBA in HR preferred.
• 1–2 years of relevant work experience in talent acquisition or HR operations.
