About the role
We are looking for a dynamic Human Resources Manager to join our head office in Peshawar. The successful candidate will lead HR initiatives, support talent acquisition, and foster a high‑performing culture within a leading real‑estate development organization.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures aligned with corporate objectives.
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and retention strategies for all departments.
- Manage employee relations, performance management, and grievance handling.
- Coordinate training and development programs to enhance workforce capabilities.
- Ensure compliance with labour laws and maintain accurate HR records.
Required profile
- BBA (HR) or MBA (HR) degree.
- Minimum three years of HR experience in a reputable organization.
- Prior experience in the construction or real‑estate sector is preferred.
