Human Resources Manager

About the role

Unified Marketing Solutions is seeking a full‑time Human Resources Manager to lead HR operations for its fast‑paced contact‑center in DHA Phase 1, Islamabad. The role will oversee recruitment, onboarding, performance management and employee relations while ensuring compliance with Pakistani labour law.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and update HR policies and ensure alignment with local labour regulations.
• Coordinate attendance tracking and payroll processing in partnership with the finance team.
• Support leadership with workforce planning and staffing forecasts.
• Lead employee engagement programmes and drive a positive, inclusive culture.
• Handle conflict resolution, employee relations issues and disciplinary actions.
• Organise training, coaching and development initiatives for staff.
• Maintain accurate HR records, generate reports and manage HRIS data.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience in core HR functions, preferably in a BPO or call‑center environment.
• Strong knowledge of Pakistani labour laws and HR compliance.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field; HR certifications a plus.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and conflict‑resolution skills.
• Proven ability to work on‑site in a dynamic, deadline‑driven setting.

Required skills

• Proficiency with HRIS or similar HR software.
• Advanced use of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and email.
