Human Resources Manager (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking a Remote Human Resources Manager to provide part‑time HR support for a global staffing and recruiting leader. The role focuses on answering employee queries, maintaining confidential HR records, and ensuring compliance with labour regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to employee questions about benefits, policies, and procedures.
• Maintain accurate, confidential personnel files and HR documentation.
• Assist with onboarding new hires and offboarding departing staff.
• Monitor compliance with federal, state and local labour laws.
• Collaborate with management to address workplace issues and suggest improvements.

Required profile

• Solid knowledge of HR policies and employment law.
• Experience with HR information systems or databases is preferred.
• Strong organizational and time‑management abilities.
• Ability to handle sensitive employee information with discretion.
• Prior experience in an HR support role.
