About the role

Zameen.com, Pakistan's leading online real estate portal, is seeking an organized and detail‑oriented HR Payroll Executive. This entry‑level position will support day‑to‑day payroll processing and a range of HR operational activities in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and update employee master data, including personal details, salary, designation, bank information, and other records.
• Assist with onboarding, ensuring all required documentation is completed and stored securely.
• Support monthly payroll preparation, verifying attendance, leaves, commissions, deductions and ensuring timely submission.
• Prepare payroll‑related reports and documentation for audit and reconciliation purposes.
• Administer employee benefits such as Provident Fund, EOBI, medical insurance, OPD, and fuel allowances.
• Coordinate with third‑party vendors for benefit enrollment, claims, and statutory compliance.
• Assist in employee transfers, promotions, salary revisions, and other HR changes.
• Support off‑boarding processes, including final settlement calculations and clearance coordination.

Required profile

• Fresh graduate with a strong interest in payroll and HR operations.
• Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with HRMS (Human Resources Management System) for data entry and reporting.
