About the role
Amreli Steels is seeking a Human Resources Officer to lead talent acquisition and support organizational development across its head office and plant locations in Pakistan. The role combines end‑to‑end recruitment with employee engagement initiatives to strengthen the company’s workforce.
Key responsibilities
- Manage full‑cycle recruitment for all ASL offices and plants, including sourcing, screening, interviewing and offer placement.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and accelerate hiring timelines.
- Develop talent pools for critical and hard‑to‑fill positions and use digital platforms and agencies to build pipelines.
- Maintain recruitment records, dashboards and reports, providing regular hiring insights to management.
- Support organizational development initiatives, coordinate diagnostics, and facilitate employee engagement activities.
