The role is remote, allowing you to work from any location while collaborating with a professional call‑center team.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions in English, ensuring clear and courteous communication.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, issues, and resolutions using the company’s administrative tools.
• Manage multiple tasks simultaneously while meeting service level agreements and productivity targets.
• Escalate complex queries to senior staff when necessary and follow up to guarantee customer satisfaction.

Required profile

• Fluent English communication skills, both spoken and written.
• Flexible availability to work varying shifts as needed.
• Minimum of one year of experience in a call‑center or customer‑support environment.
• Strong administrative abilities and proven multitasking capability.
