IELTS and Spoken English Instructor

About the role

Vertex Trainings is seeking experienced IELTS and Spoken English instructors to deliver engaging online classes to learners worldwide. This remote position is based in the Lahore District and focuses on practical, career‑oriented language training.

Key responsibilities

• Design and prepare lesson plans, learning materials, and assessments tailored to diverse learner needs.
• Deliver scheduled live classes, guide practical exercises, and provide constructive feedback on assignments and projects.
• Support learners through Q&A sessions, mentoring, and exam preparation.
• Maintain clear communication and a respectful, inclusive learning environment.
• Collaborate with the training team to update course content, incorporate learner feedback, and continuously improve teaching methods.

Required profile

• Strong instructional and presentation skills with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
• Experience designing lesson plans and assessments for varied audiences.
• Excellent written and verbal English; additional language proficiency is a plus.
• Proven mentoring or coaching experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field; teaching certifications preferred.
• Prior experience as an instructor, trainer, or educator.
• Commitment to continuous learning and staying current with industry trends.
• Demonstrated expertise in IELTS and Spoken English.
