IELTS Instructor

About the role

The IELTS Instructor will join Ace Visas World in Lahore, working in a hybrid arrangement to design and deliver engaging IELTS lessons for learners of varying proficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and structure lesson content for all IELTS modules (Listening, Reading, Writing, Speaking).
• Conduct group classes and one‑on‑one tutoring sessions.
• Assess student performance through practice tests and provide constructive feedback.
• Track student progress, maintain accurate records, and adapt teaching methods to diverse learning needs.
• Collaborate with the team to keep course materials aligned with current IELTS formats and contribute to program improvement.

Required profile

• Strong English teaching background with proven classroom or tutoring experience.
• Solid expertise in IELTS preparation, including test formats, scoring criteria, and exam strategies.
• Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, Linguistics or related field; teaching certifications (TESOL, TEFL) are a plus.
• Experience in test‑prep or language centre environments, with a track record of improving learners’ IELTS scores.
• Excellent communication skills, cultural sensitivity, and ability to support diverse learners.

Required skills

• Basic digital literacy for online teaching platforms, assessments, and student tracking.
