Immigration Consultant and Sales (Female, Onsite)

About the role

A recruitment agency is hiring an Immigration Consultant and Sales representative for its client, an immigration consultancy that supports people planning to move abroad. The role is sales-based and requires hands-on experience selling immigration services and meeting conversion targets. It involves direct client interaction, sales conversion and accurate process guidance. The position is onsite in Dha Phase 6, Karachi.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct professional consultations with clients about immigration services.
• Assess eligibility based on education, work experience, language proficiency and other criteria.
• Advise clients on suitable immigration pathways and explain the process clearly.
• Convert inquiries into successful sales and achieve individual sales targets.
• Keep up to date with immigration laws, policies and requirements for different countries.
• Collaborate with internal processing teams for smooth case handling.
• Maintain and update CRM systems daily with client interactions, follow-ups and progress.
• Deliver accurate, professional client service.

Required profile

• Minimum 3-5 years of proven experience in immigration sales.
• Strong understanding of immigration processes, documentation and procedures.
• Excellent communication, persuasion and interpersonal skills.
• Client-oriented approach with a proven record of achieving sales targets.

Required skills

• Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office.
