About the role
The Implementation Coordinator will be the primary point of contact for new SMB customers during their implementation phase, guiding them through hardware/software setup and system training to ensure successful onboarding and product adoption.
Key responsibilities
- Guide new customers through initial hardware/software setup and system training.
- Monitor customer progress to ensure timely activation and adoption.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (support, engineering, sales, product) to resolve issues.
- Handle a high volume of phone and email inquiries while building customer loyalty.
Required profile
- 2+ years of experience in a customer‑facing role such as sales or support.
- Strong communication, listening and problem‑solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple responsibilities with high attention to detail.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Salesforce.
- Experience with SQL and data analysis.
