Inbound Sales Executive - Night Shift, Lahore

About the role

A fast-growing education support company based in Pakistan, which delivers online teaching lessons to international students, is hiring an inbound sales executive for its growing night-shift team in Lahore. You will act as a customer sales representative, managing inbound leads, talking to students and parents, explaining tutoring services and converting inquiries into enrollments.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to new leads by call, message, WhatsApp or email.
• Explain tutoring services, subjects, tutor profiles, pricing and class structure.
• Identify student needs and recommend suitable tutoring programmes.
• Schedule trial classes and make sure parents get all the details.
• Follow up on leads that are not yet converted and track trial outcomes.
• Convert trials into regular classes and help onboard new students.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups and conversions in the CRM.
• Give feedback to management on lead quality and customer concerns.

Required profile

• Graduate or undergraduate degree; freshers are welcome.
• Strong spoken and written English.
• Comfortable working night shift.
• Persuasion, problem-solving and analytical skills.

Required skills

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel or Google Sheets.
• CRM and data entry.

The job is full-time and on-site at 30-D Garden Block, New Garden Town, Lahore, with night shift (9:00 PM to 6:00 AM) and day shift (9:00 AM to 5:00 PM).
