Inbound Sales Executive – Night Shift Telecom

About the role

We are seeking a highly driven Inbound Sales Specialist to join our night‑shift team. You will handle warm inbound traffic from US customers looking to set up or upgrade telecom services, understand their needs, match them with promotional packages, and close sales in a single call.

Key responsibilities

• Receive and manage a high volume of inbound calls from US customers about internet, TV, home phone, and mobile services.
• Listen actively, build rapid rapport, and recommend the most suitable telecom packages.
• Upsell and cross‑sell additional services to maximize order value.
• Navigate CRM systems and provider portals efficiently while maintaining accurate records.
• Overcome objections using proven sales methodologies to meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
• Ensure all sales comply with quality assurance standards and provider guidelines.

Required profile

• Exceptional English communication with a neutral or native‑sounding American accent.
• Full availability for night shifts (8:00 PM to 5:00 AM PKT).
• Resilient, aggressive, target‑driven mindset with a proven record of hitting sales KPIs.
• Tech‑savvy ability to multitask on a computer, type efficiently, and navigate multiple software interfaces during live calls.
