Inbound Sales Executive – Telesales

About the role

CoderzHunt is seeking a motivated Inbound Sales Executive to join its Lahore team. You will handle warm inbound leads, build relationships, and convert prospects into satisfied customers while earning uncapped commissions.

Key responsibilities

• Contact new inbound leads promptly via phone and WhatsApp.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable packages or services.
• Follow up consistently with prospects until a final decision is made.
• Share proposals, explain pricing, and handle objections professionally.
• Close deals and coordinate payment confirmations.
• Maintain accurate lead records, statuses, and follow‑up notes in the CRM or lead sheet.
• Provide weekly feedback on lead quality, customer concerns, and FAQs.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of experience in telesales, customer service, or inside sales (fresh candidates with strong communication skills are welcome).
• Fluent and confident in Urdu; Punjabi and basic English are a plus.
• Strong phone communication and professional WhatsApp handling skills.
• Excellent follow‑up, organizational, and time‑management abilities.
• Ability to meet daily and monthly sales targets.

Required skills

• Basic computer skills, including Google Sheets.
• Experience with any CRM system.
