Inbound Sales Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a full‑time Inbound Sales Specialist to join our Rawalpindi office. You will handle incoming customer enquiries, guide them through product customization, and convert qualified leads into confirmed orders for our performance sportswear range.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound enquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp and chat.
• Qualify potential customers, prepare quotations and guide them through product selection, design approval and ordering.
• Follow up consistently with leads, upsell and cross‑sell relevant products.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and coordinate with design, production and logistics teams.
• Build long‑term customer relationships and contribute to process improvements.

Required profile

• Strong customer service and sales experience, preferably in inbound sales or call centre environments.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and manage multiple enquiries.
• Minimum high school qualification; further education in business, marketing or sales is a plus.

Required skills

• Familiarity with CRM or sales management systems.
• Basic proficiency with office software.
