Information Technology Sales Executive

About the role

We are seeking a motivated IT Sales & Business Development Executive to join our growing team in Islamabad. The role focuses on helping businesses solve their IT challenges by matching them with the right hardware, software, cloud, security, and managed services.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through lead generation, networking, referrals and market research.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to drive retention and growth.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate IT solutions across servers, storage, backup, infrastructure, hardware, enterprise software, cloud, cybersecurity, APM and automation.
• Manage the full sales cycle from engagement to proposal, negotiation and deal closure.
• Collaborate with technical, presales, procurement and support teams to create competitive solutions.
• Prepare professional proposals, quotations and presentations tailored to customer needs.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, IT or related field (preferred).
• Minimum 2 years of experience in IT or technology sales and business development.
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation and client relationship skills.
• Self‑motivated, proactive, target‑oriented and able to work independently or within a team.

Required skills

• Knowledge of servers, storage and backup solutions.
• Understanding of IT infrastructure and hardware.
• Familiarity with enterprise software and cloud solutions.
• Experience with cybersecurity solutions.
• Application Performance Monitoring (APM) concepts.
• IT automation technologies.
