Inside Sales Representative (Urdu Speaker) – Remote

About the role

As an Inside Sales Representative you will handle inbound and outbound calls and emails, presenting IWG’s flexible workspace solutions to new and existing customers. You will work remotely, helping clients across Pakistan find the right product, workspace, or service for their business needs.

Key responsibilities

• Manage inbound and outbound customer communications via phone and email.
• Present IWG’s portfolio of workspaces, virtual offices, and related services.
• Identify customer requirements and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Negotiate terms, close sales, and achieve monthly targets.
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM system and update sales pipelines.
• Build and nurture long‑term relationships with clients.

Required profile

• Proven experience in sales, business development or account management, preferably B2B.
• Native Urdu speaker with fluent written and spoken English.
• Strong customer‑first mindset and excellent negotiation abilities.
• Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced, results‑driven environment.
