Install Coordinator

About the role

The Install Coordinator at Motive acts as the key liaison between internal teams and external partners to ensure hardware installations are executed smoothly and on schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with Sales and Solutions Consultants to align installation plans with pre‑sales agreements and prepare quotes and timelines.
• Manage documentation such as statements of work, project plans, and vehicle lists, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Select and coordinate subcontractors, serve as their main contact during booking, and provide necessary records.
• Participate in customer calls to communicate partner assignments and project plans, then transition detailed information to the Implementation Project Manager.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience in project coordination, logistics, or a similar administrative role, preferably with hardware installations or fleet management.
• Exceptional organizational abilities, attention to detail, and capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and experience working across time zones.
• Basic understanding of telematics, hardware installation, and software deployment.

Required skills

• Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM platforms for tracking installation progress.
