About the role
Unilever is seeking an Instore Manager for its Lahore market. The role is a front‑line leadership position responsible for managing customer and trade relationships, ensuring efficient distribution and achieving sales targets.
Key responsibilities
- Drive volume and sales growth while increasing competitive visibility in stores.
- Coordinate operational plans and executions with distributors and customers.
- Negotiate joint business plans and monitor financial metrics such as profitability and gross margin.
- Lead, build and develop a team of Field Marketing Managers (FMMs) and hold them accountable for key performance indicators.
- Analyse post‑execution data to refine processes and improve performance.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree with 1‑4 years of FMCG sales experience.
- Strong business and financial acumen, excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Proactive market presence with the ability to strategise and execute plans.
- Inclusive leadership style, capable of motivating and coaching teams.
