Internal Audit Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Internal Audit Manager to lead the planning, execution and reporting of compliance, financial and operational audits across our schools, administrative offices and head‑office functions. The role will drive risk‑based audit activities, ensure high‑quality documentation and support continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement the annual audit plan, covering schools, AO, RO and head‑office functions.
• Identify key risk areas and recommend control measures to mitigate them.
• Prepare comprehensive working papers, audit programs and clear internal audit reports with actionable recommendations.
• Monitor the timely implementation of management’s corrective actions.
• Review quarterly financial statements for accuracy and compliance.
• Guide, supervise and review the work of audit team members to ensure quality and efficiency.
• Undertake special audit projects and any other tasks assigned by the line manager.

Required profile

• MBA, M.Com or partially/fully qualified ACCA.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in audit, preferably in a multi‑entity environment.
• Strong understanding of financial statements and ERP systems.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint and Power BI.
• Knowledge of ERP systems.
