Internal Audit Manager

About the role

The Internal Audit Manager will lead compliance, financial and operational audits across schools, AO, RO and head‑office functions, as well as special projects, following the approved annual audit plan. The role also involves supervising audit team members and ensuring timely implementation of corrective actions.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute and complete assigned audits in line with the annual audit plan.
• Identify key risk areas and recommend appropriate control measures.
• Prepare comprehensive working papers and audit programs that support findings.
• Draft clear internal audit reports with actionable recommendations.
• Monitor the implementation of management’s corrective actions.
• Review quarterly financial statements.
• Guide and supervise audit team members, reviewing their work for accuracy and quality.
• Perform any other tasks assigned by the line manager.

Required profile

• Education: MBA or M.Com; ACCA partially completed or qualified.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in audit.
