Internal Designer (Generalist) – Remote Full‑Time

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Internal Designer (Generalist) to create premium visual content for a leading marketing and creative agency. The role is fully remote and focuses on maintaining a high‑end brand presence across all internal communications.

Key responsibilities

• Design and produce visual assets for social media, email newsletters, website case studies, and proposal presentations.
• Ensure all materials follow the agency’s brand guidelines and maintain a consistent, premium look.
• Collaborate directly with the agency’s leadership team to define creative strategy and deliver on communication objectives.
• Manage the end‑to‑end internal content pipeline, from concept through final production.

Required profile

• 5+ years of professional graphic design experience, preferably in an agency environment.
• Excellent spoken and written English with strong communication skills.
• Proven portfolio demonstrating high‑end brand communications.
• Reliable high‑speed internet, a suitable workstation, and a quiet workspace.

Required skills

• Expert‑level proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong working knowledge of Figma.
