International Business Coordinator

About the role

Hub K Trading is seeking an International Business Coordinator to support its growing auto‑export business. The role focuses on generating new client relationships and managing the sales cycle for Japanese vehicle exports from Karachi.

Key responsibilities

• Make 60+ cold calls daily to identify and qualify new leads.
• Follow up on hot leads supplied by the company and convert prospects into buyers.
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets under pressure.
• Coordinate with documentation, logistics and operations teams to ensure seamless service from inquiry to vehicle delivery.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions using CRM and related tools.

Required profile

• Approximately 3 years of sales or business development experience, preferably in automotive export.
• Excellent spoken and written English for phone and email communication.
• Self‑motivated, reliable transportation and willingness to work night shifts and travel as needed.

Required skills

• Basic knowledge of CRM systems.
• Proficiency with Google Sheets.
• Experience using WhatsApp Business for client communication.
• Effective email follow‑up skills.
