International Business Development Executive

About the role

Worth Sports Pakistan is seeking a dynamic International Business Development Executive to expand its export footprint. You will engage global clients, showcase the company’s manufacturing capabilities, and drive new export orders.

Key responsibilities

• Contact and nurture international clients via email, phone, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, Zoom, and Google Meet.
• Present Worth Sports’ product range and manufacturing services to prospective buyers.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities, managing the full sales cycle from lead to order confirmation.
• Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing and commercial terms, and follow up promptly.
• Build and maintain long‑term relationships with overseas buyers.
• Coordinate with merchandising, sampling, and production teams to ensure timely order execution.
• Record all customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall export growth.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field (preferred).
• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Strong communication, negotiation and presentation abilities.
• Experience in international B2B sales, export marketing or the apparel/textile sector is advantageous.
• Highly self‑motivated, organized, target‑driven and able to work independently.
