About the role

We are seeking an experienced International Customer Support Agent with a natural or near‑native British accent to join our Lahore office. The role involves handling high‑volume inbound and outbound calls for UK‑based clients, ensuring clear communication and high satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Answer and place international calls efficiently while maintaining a professional tone.
• Provide accurate information, resolve queries, and meet service‑level targets.
• Collaborate with internal teams to troubleshoot issues and improve service quality.
• Maintain detailed call logs and use CRM tools to track interactions.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in call support or customer service in an international environment.
• Proven experience working with British customers.
• Ability to manage high call volumes with composure.
• Strong command of English with a British or near‑native British accent.

Required skills

• Familiarity with CRM tools and call‑handling software.
