About the role

We are seeking an experienced International Customer Support Agent who can speak with a natural or near‑native British accent. The role is office‑based in Johar Town, Lahore and involves handling high‑volume inbound and outbound calls for global clients, primarily from the United Kingdom.

Key responsibilities

• Manage multiple inbound and outbound international calls efficiently and professionally.
• Communicate clearly with UK‑based customers, understanding their needs and providing accurate information.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and meet service quality metrics.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and improve overall service.
• Achieve performance targets related to call handling and quality.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in call support or customer service in an international environment.
• Prior experience working with British clients is mandatory.
• Strong command of English with a British or near‑native British accent.
• Ability to handle high call volumes with professionalism and composure.
• Excellent communication, persuasion, and problem‑solving abilities.

Required skills

• Familiarity with CRM tools.
• Experience using call‑handling software.
