About the role

We are seeking an experienced International Customer Support Agent who can speak with a natural or near‑native British accent. The role involves handling high‑volume inbound and outbound calls for global clients from our office in Johar Town, Lahore.

Key responsibilities

• Manage multiple inbound and outbound international calls efficiently and professionally.
• Communicate clearly with UK‑based customers, understanding their needs and providing accurate information.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and improve service quality.
• Achieve performance metrics related to call handling and customer satisfaction.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in call support or customer service in an international setting.
• Prior experience working with British clients is mandatory.
• Ability to handle high call volumes with composure.
• Strong command of English with a British or near‑native British accent.

Required skills

• Familiarity with CRM tools.
• Experience using call‑handling software.
