International Customer Support Agent – Outbound Lead Generation

About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic International Customer Support Agent to join our growing team in Lahore. In this role you will engage prospects through outbound calls, build rapport, and set appointments for our sales representatives, helping to drive the company’s growth.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential clients from our database and schedule appointments for the sales team.
• Use the CRM daily to update the pipeline of prospects and leads.
• Build rapport with prospects and effectively handle objections.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions, activities, and follow‑up actions in the CRM system.

• Excellent verbal communication skills.

• Strong interpersonal abilities to build client relationships.
