International Outbound Calling Agent (BPO)

About the role

Tech BPO is seeking enthusiastic outbound calling agents to join its international pre‑construction estimation, designing, and drafting services campaign. This position involves engaging with potential clients across global markets, introducing the company’s solutions, and generating qualified leads for the sales team.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective international clients.
• Introduce Tech BPO’s services and spark interest in our solutions.
• Qualify leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.
• Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions.
• Achieve daily and monthly performance targets.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 3–6 months experience in an international outbound calling campaign is a plus.
• Fresh graduates with excellent English communication skills are encouraged to apply.
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a target‑driven environment.
• Confident, professional, and customer‑focused attitude.
