About the role
The International Sales Consultant will work full‑time on‑site in Islamabad, promoting Dubai real‑estate investment opportunities to international clients. You will guide clients from initial contact through to closing and post‑sale follow‑up, leveraging market insights and data‑driven strategies.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and qualify leads, conduct client consultations and present suitable investment opportunities.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from initial contact to closing and post‑sale follow‑up.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and coordinate with internal teams.
- Stay updated on Dubai real‑estate market trends and off‑plan projects.
Required profile
- Proven experience in international sales and closing deals.
- Strong communication, presentation and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to build and maintain long‑term client relationships.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Required skills
- Comfortable using CRM and digital sales tools.
- Fluent and confident in spoken and written English.
