International Sales Executive

About the role

RT Web Solutions is seeking a motivated International Sales Executive to promote its digital marketing services to businesses primarily in the USA and other international markets. The role involves high‑volume outbound calling, lead generation, and closing sales to drive revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct high‑volume outbound calls to prospects in the USA and other regions.
• Generate qualified leads through cold calling and other outbound activities.
• Present and explain RT Web Solutions’ digital marketing services, benefits, and value proposition.
• Handle client objections, answer questions, and convert prospects into customers.
• Meet monthly sales targets and contribute directly to company revenue.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow‑ups, and client communications using CRM tools.

Required profile

• Excellent spoken English with strong communication skills.
• 1–2 years of sales or international call‑center experience.
• Self‑motivated, target‑oriented, and able to work independently in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Basic understanding of SEO, Local SEO, Website Development, Social Media Marketing, and PPC.
• Proficiency with CRM tools for tracking sales activities.

What we offer

• Starting salary of PKR 70,000 per month.

• Full‑time permanent position with night‑shift schedule (7:00 PM – 4:00 AM, Monday‑Friday).
