International Sales Specialist

About the role

The International Sales Specialist will work full‑time on‑site in Karachi, focusing on identifying and developing new international business opportunities for Advora Digi’s digital marketing services, especially within real‑estate and construction markets.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect and qualify leads across multiple regions.
• Manage outbound and inbound sales activities.
• Conduct virtual and in‑person presentations for potential clients.
• Prepare proposals, negotiate terms, and close deals.
• Coordinate with internal marketing and operations teams to ensure service delivery meets client expectations.
• Track sales performance and monitor market trends.
• Provide feedback to leadership to refine offerings and go‑to‑market strategies.

Required profile

• Strong international sales and business development skills.
• Effective communication and customer‑service abilities.
• Knowledge of international trade practices, including cross‑border contracts and pricing.
• Relevant experience in digital marketing, real‑estate, or construction industries.
• Ability to work on‑site in Karachi, manage a sales pipeline, and use CRM tools.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, International Relations or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Proficiency in English; additional languages relevant to target markets are a plus.
